The “TTi-300LX” is the highest model of our gear measuring tester.
It is a newly developed product equipped with functions such as measurement of non gear geometry, automatic centering and automatic tooth space detection.

The direct drive motor is used for rotary shaft and integrated with our own measuring method “NDG”. Linear drive is used for linear motion shaft. Those achieved high precision and high-speed measurement.
Also, 3D sensor is used as a measuring head, that enables measurement in any directions.
The world’s highest level of measurement accuracy is now achieved.

With the newly developed NC controller, easy multi-axis control is now possible, dramatically expanding the range of solutions as a measuring machine.

Furthermore, as a labor-saving measure, it has a function to reduce the number of measurement setups and the data can also be easily processed for Iot and DX.
